Watched IWGP eps 9. Heard something. Rewound the video. Heard it again. Tell me, is it me or is that kid really singing Arashi's Sunrise Nippon?

My mom was just telling me that she was planning to go Australia in March, probably during the one week school holiday then, to visit my uncle who lives there.  And I won't be able to tag along coz I think I'll most probably be having my examinations and my PRCP then!! NOOOoo!!! Sob sob. If I'm able to go, it'll be my first time visiting him in Australia and going to Australia. I only meet my Uncle when he comes down during Hari Raya Aidiladha for work and that's the only time I get to meet him. U_U  IYADAAAAA!!!!!!!!

Anyway, regarding school stuff, I'm practically drowning in the projects they've issued us. 4 ICAs in 7 short weeks. No wait, I rather think it's 6 weeks since we didn't get anything done in the 1st week which only had 3 days of school of which all the lessons were lectures as they cancelled the tutorials without informing us. It's not helping that the projects are all critical thinking stuff unlike the previous semesters which is mostly about pathos and illness management. Nyaaahh!!! I'll be having one ICA presentation next week and we've done less then half of what needs to be done. How the heck would I know what a preceptor does when a new graduate is to join the ward. I'll be the freakin' new graduate in a few months! Not the freakin' preceptor. Geh.

The new lecture theatres wher we have our lectures conducted now has some kind of spell over me. I kept falling asleep during the lectures even though I was complaining it was squeezy. XD I think it's got something to do with the seats now being cushioned. Comfortable cushioned seats. With air con somemore. Who wouldn't fall asleep? Yeah. I know what you're thinking.. Excuses, excuses.. Like what Gee told me. But the chair is reeeaaalllyy comfy. Reallllyy. (Ok, I'm starting to sound really whiny.XDD) But! BUT! BUT!!! I managed not to fall asleep today! Yay yay!! I kept my mouth busy so that I won't fall asleep. I chewed on bread. XDD

......... You know, after writing all these, I'm feeling rather depressed. Hehz. Funny. I'm confused with myself.

My first accident of 2007 - Scalding my pointer and middle fingers of my left hand. 
How bloody brilliant.
Running cold water over them and soaking them in iced water only give a slight relief before they start to hurt again. All this because of the flask that decided to stop working when I wanted to eat instant cup noodle. So I had to boil the water in the saucepan and when I was pouring the water into the cup, the water kinda sloshed on my left hand. >_>

So now I'm trying to like secure an ice cube on my fingers with something, coz my brother took off with my bandages months ago and still haven't returned them back to me, and I can say I came up with some creative ideas.. XD I tried wrapping a soaked shoelace around them. Used towels, but it was too big and bulky. XD Ah, well, let's see whether I can come up with other nonsensical ideas. XD


Edit 0003hrs: I found my answer!!! I've smeared toothpaste on them. XD Their minty effects helps... Alot. I was told not to put toothpaste and whatnot when this happens coz it may cause infections but I see no open wound so there goes the toothpaste onto my wound. Muahahaha... And stay there... XD
